Remote Video Conference Signing Service Included

Our Remote Video Conferencing Signing Service operates 7 days a week from 7am – midnight anywhere in Ontario. This service satisfies governmental COV1D-19 physical distancing requirements to to ensure your safety. There is no additional charge. One (1) FREE Remote Video Conferencing Signing appointment Is included in our flat rate.

NOTE: as of March 2020 when Ontario declared a state of emergency, we implemented remote video conferencing signing in substitution of in-home mobile signing service to ensure your safety and our law firms compliance with governmental directives requiring physical distancing.

In-Home Mobile Signing Service Terms

If you require in home signing service. our mobile signing service operates 7 days a week from 7am – midnight in Band 1 and 5am – midnight for all other Bands noted below. There is no need to take time off work. Sign your closing documentation anywhere in Ontario.

$100 plus HST
additional charge

Band 2

$150 plus HST
additional charge

Band 3

$300 plus HST
additional charge

Band 4

$450 plus HST
additional charge
